- The relevant department within Okuma will make every effort to answer inquiries quickly. However, we ask for your understanding that in some cases, depending on the inquiry, it may take several days before we are able to reply.
- Also please note that for inquiries received on days when Okuma is closed for business, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, we will respond on the next business day.
- If an error occurs in information input when using Internet Explorer (IE) or any other web browser, the input information may disappear in some cases when you return to the inquiry form page. We are taking measures to deal with this, but are unable to make corrections with some versions depending on the specifications of the browser being used.
- You cannot use the "Back" button on your browser during the use of this inquiry form.

- Personal information protection policy
- Personal information received from customers will be used only to respond to their inquiries and questions and provide relevant information. Personal customer information may be used in some cases by Okuma group companies or subcontractors, within the range of the intended purpose. We may respond in some cases by means other than email, depending on the content of the inquiry. If personal information is not properly entered we may not be able to respond to the inquiry or question.
